Hey – I’m in the UK and I’ve made money with paid surveys but it’s hardly much. Let’s say you won’t be earning a liviing.
And personally, I wouldn’t recommend buying a ’survey guide’ as they have a bad name. In many cases they just tell you where to go to sign up for surveys – and these places are free to join anyway.
I’ve put a site in the source box which has a list of paid survey sites which are free to join. They’re all scam and spam free so you can test the water in the surveys world and see what you think.
You should also know it can take time to meet payment thresholds and to get sent cheques (though some use paypal) but they do ultimately pay out.
